HARRISBURG, Pa. — (July 1, 2024) The McNees Corporate & Tax Group is bolstering its team with the addition of associate attorney Zachary Wyatte.
Wyatte focuses his practice on helping clients with corporate and tax matters. He drafts and reviews key legal documents; conducts thorough due diligence for transactions; and drafts commercial agreements pertinent to the normal operations of a business, including mergers and acquisitions. He employs a service-oriented approach to client service developed through his U.S. Coast Guard and private practice experience.
Joining McNees’ Harrisburg team is a homecoming for Wyatte after practicing law at an Am Law 100 firm in Texas. There, he assisted corporate clients, including lenders and financial institutions, municipalities, political subdivisions and public officials in various commercial disputes. Before that, he was a member of the U.S. Coast Guard for seven years, where he served as a maritime Casualty Investigator and Lieutenant as well as Assistant Chief of Inspections Department.
The Corporate & Tax team at McNees, led by Timothy M. Finnerty and Nicole Stezar Kaylor, combines innovative, practical business solutions with cost-efficient service. The full-service transaction team combines its broad experience with specialists in other practices to serve clients in Maryland and Pennsylvania in industries including automotive dealerships, construction, food and beverage, healthcare, professional services, retail and technology.
