HARRISBURG, PA (June 28, 2016) – McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC is proud to announce that attorney Mark A. Hipple has joined the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group, where he will work out of the Harrisburg office.
In his practice, Mark counsels diverse business clients on a wide range of labor and employment law topics, including compliance with federal and state employment discrimination laws, wage and hour compliance, employee leave issues, non-compete and separation agreements, employee performance management, unemployment compensation, litigation avoidance, and more. Additionally, he represents employers in discrimination cases and other employment-related litigation before federal and state courts as well as administrative agencies, such as the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Mark received his J.D. from Albany Law School and his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University.
He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania; before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Dauphin County Bar Associations. In addition, he is a Legal Committee Member with the Human Resources Professionals of Central Pennsylvania.
