David Evenhuis to present “Legal Descriptions” and “Other Issues That Arise During the Transaction” at the National Business Institute Seminar, “Legal Descriptions, Title Insurance and Surveys in Real Estate Transactions,” in Mechanicsburg, PA.

Evenhuis, an Associate attorney in the McNees Real Estate practice group, focuses on real estate transactions, commercial leases, municipal property holding and land acquisitions for oil and gas pipelines. Prior to joining McNees, Evenhuis primarily focused on litigation, including the defense of licensed real estate professionals and amicus representation of municipal and trade associations before Pennsylvania appellate courts. He has also worked as a financial advisor at UBS and Merrill Lynch in New York and taught philosophy at Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania.
