HARRISBURG, Pa. – (February 24, 2020) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC, in partnership with the Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce, will host a Business Breakfast Briefing at the Hilton Scranton & Conference Center on Friday, March 13, 2020, where McNees attorney Joe Sileo will present “Keeping an Eye on Pennsylvania Employment Laws-Part 2.” The presentation runs from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., with complimentary breakfast and registration beginning at 7:30 a.m.
Joe, an experienced labor and employment attorney, will offer guidance and recommendations to human resource teams regarding select state-specific Pennsylvania employment laws, including the Wage Payment and Collection Law (WPCL); Inspection of Employment Records Law; and Criminal Records History Information Act. He will also discuss new and pending state employment-related legislation.
The program is approved for CLE, SHRM and HRCI credits.
