Managing Consultant of Keystone Municipal Solutions to Serve on HACC Foundation Board

HARRISBURG, Pa. — (July 7, 2022) Keystone Municipal Solutions Managing Consultant David W. Kratzer, Jr., was named to the Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC) Foundation Board, where he will work with the other 13 members to administer funds so that the mission of the college is fully realized.
The HACC Foundation is a nonprofit educational trust established in 1985 to raise private and corporate revenues in support of HACC. It provides funding for student scholarships, innovative academic programs, state-of-the-art training equipment and modernized facilities.
“I feel strongly about the foundational importance of education and the need for such to be accessible, affordable and inclusive to all,” Kratzer said about why he joined the Foundation Board.
Kratzer is an accomplished local government professional with a demonstrated history of working cooperatively with elected and appointed officials throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He has experience in virtually all functional areas of local government including, but not limited to, public finance, land use and planning, labor and employment, community engagement/branding, and strategic planning.
