Jill Laskowitz begins term as president of the Lancaster Bar Association

LANCASTER, Pa. (January 24, 2025) Jill Laskowitz has been named president of the Lancaster Bar Association (LBA). In this role, she will lead the organization in its mission to support the legal profession and enhance legal services in the community.

A family law attorney and litigator, Jill represents individuals, families, and businesses in custody, support, equitable distribution, and protection from abuse matters. She also advises on prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and handles Orphans’ Court and appellate cases.

“My goal as president is to strengthen connections within the legal community and expand access to justice for those who need it most,” said Laskowitz. “The LBA has a long tradition of service, and I’m honored to help carry that forward.”

Her leadership will focus on professional development, continuing legal education, and pro bono services, fostering collaboration among attorneys and strengthening legal resources in Lancaster.
