HARRISBURG, Pa. – (November 2, 2020) President of Helix Strategies, LLC, Dr. Ivy Buchan, will present “Mission, Strategy and Evaluation” for the Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations’ Virtual Standards for Excellence Implementation Series on Wednesday, November 4, 2020.
This presentation will cover how to strategically ensure a board and staff plan, the components of a strong program evaluations system, and the elements needed to create and monitor strong, ethical partnerships. The panel will also provide samples of a strategic plan implementation/action plan, evaluation matrix and a policy on strategic partnerships.
