Estate Planning for the Middle Market Client

Andrew S. Rusniak will serve as an instructor for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s course, Estate Planning for the Middle Market Client.
The course will cover various estate planning topics that affect the “middle market client,” defined for purposes of the course to include individuals with a net worth between $1,000,000 and $11,000,000. Topics that will be addressed include the Federal estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxes, estate planning, retirement planning, using the Uniform Trust Act, income tax planning and basis planning.
The program will be held on April 25th at the PBI Conference Center, 5080 Ritter Road, Mechanicsburg, PA; in Simulcasts and is available through a Live Webcast. The program will begin at 9:00 a.m. EST and is approved for (4) hours of CLE credit. Registration is $99 for Paralegals attending with an Attorney; $115 for Judges (admitted after 1/1/12); $115 for Judicial Law Clerks (admitted after 1/1/12); $125 for Judicial Law Clerks; $125 for Judges; $129 for Paralegals attending alone; $229 for Members (admitted after 1/1/12); $249 for Members (PBA or County Bar Assn); $269 for non-members.
