Erica Wible elected president of Pennsylvania Association of Bond Lawyers

LANCASTER, Pa. — (May 28, 2024) McNees public finance and corporate attorney Erica M. Wible was elected president of the board of directors of the Pennsylvania Association of Bond Lawyers. The association provides a forum for the exchange of information and ideas in the field of public finance as well as opportunities for the professional development of the organization’s members. Membership is limited to Pennsylvania attorneys in good standing whose law practice deals at least in
part with debt obligations issued by or on behalf of the commonwealth, its political subdivisions and agencies.

Wible has served on PABL’s board of directors for 2 years. At McNees, Wible serves as bond counsel and borrower’s counsel to a wide range of public and not-for-profit clients in tax-exempt and taxable transactions. She also represents lenders and borrowers in a wide range of secured and unsecured financing and refinancing transactions, including construction loans, revolving lines of credit and syndicated loans, ranging in size from small business loan transactions to large, multi-million-dollar deals.
