HARRISBURG, Pa. — McNees Wallace & Nurick Privacy and Data Security Attorney Devin Chwastyk is leading a cyber defenses best practices panel discussion related to people, technology and processes both pre-incident and post-incident at RKL’s upcoming Cybersecurity Forum on Tuesday, May 16.
Together with EHD Insurance’s Brian Mahon and RKL’s Michael McAllister, attendees will learn why and how cyber insurance and privacy regulations have changed and what organizations can do to protect their bottom line from the financial repercussions of a data breach. The three will present invaluable information about the types of cyber incidents local businesses face and the financial impact they cause; how a cyber incident occurs; the difference between a data breach and a cyber incident; and how the cyber insurance marketplace and privacy landscape is changing.
