HARRISBURG, Pa. — Helix Strategies, LLC President Dr. Ivy R. Buchan will be sharing key insights into the qualities of a successful corporate philanthropy program and how to use one as an employee engagement tool at the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry’s upcoming Annual Human Resources Conference.
With so much need in the community, Buchan will discuss all aspects of creating a corporate philanthropy program, including how to align it with corporate values and determine the optimal level of employee involvement, to name a few topics.
Buchan is president of Helix Strategies, LLC, which works with organizations to develop strategic solutions to fundraising and leadership challenges for their sustainable success. By working with these boards and leadership teams, she strengthens their development strategies, strategic planning, program evaluation and governance processes.
