Learn Five Ways Townships Can Encourage Controlled & Collaborative Development
April 19, 2022
Press Releases
HARRISBURG, Pa. — McNees Wallace & Nurick Real Estate Attorneys Jamie Strong and Esch McCombie will explain the top five ways townships can encourage controlled and collaborative development at the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors 2022 Educational Conference and Exhibit Show.
Land use ordinances and standard operating procedures can encourage or discourage growth in a township. What might have been enacted to protect against certain unwanted development can also hamper desired growth. Similarly, ordinances and procedures enacted decades ago may no longer provide value in today’s world and even create unnecessary adversity and angst.
PSATS’ annual conference offers an unparalleled training and networking opportunity for township officials and employees, as well as the biggest municipal exhibit show of its kind in Pennsylvania.
