HARRISBURG – McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC announced that attorney David A. Noll has joined the firm’s Corporate & Tax practice group.
Prior to joining McNees, Noll worked for K&L Gates LLP in its Pittsburgh office. He focuses his practice on corporate and transactional law, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, corporate governance and general corporate matters. He represents clients across a variety of industries and sizes, ranging from emerging growth to large multinational entities.
Noll graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Buffalo. He graduated magna cum laude with a J.D. from William & Mary Law School.
While in law school, Noll worked as a legal assistant at Patten Wornom Hatten & Diamonstein in Newport News, Va. and was a summer associate at K&L Gates, LLP.
Noll will work in the firm’s Harrisburg office.
