McNees Celebrates Attorney Anne Zerbe Being Elected YCBA President

HARRISBURG, Pa. – (February 26, 2020) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC celebrated attorney Anne Zerbe’s presidency of the York County Bar Association (YCBA) at the firm’s York location on Thursday, February 20, 2020.
Anne, a labor & employment attorney, was elected last year and stepped into her new role in January. She will lead the YCBA in its mission to provide services and benefits to enable the success of its member attorneys; promote a legal and judicial system where the rights of all persons can be asserted, defined and protected; develop mutual trust and confidence among the members of the Bar, between the Bench and the Bar, and between the Bar and the community at large; educate the public on legal matters; and strive for the highest standards of ethical conduct.
Anne’s practice focuses on preventing employment liability, defending against employment claims, and assisting clients with compliance issues concerning the multitude of employment laws and regulations governing employers. She counsels employers, practice groups and health care providers on employment law compliance, risk management and HIPAA compliance. Additionally, Anne serves as special counsel for investigations and is a trusted resource to handle executive terminations.
