HARRISBURG, Pa. — McNees Wallace & Nurick Labor and Employment Group attorneys Renée Lieux and Abbegael Giunta are reviewing recent developments in employment and benefit law in the wake of the novel coronavirus pandemic and Congressional actions at McKonly & Asbury’s upcoming COLLABORATE! Conference.
In the first half of their presentation, Giunta will discuss COVID-19 employment law developments and their effect on wage and hour compliance and talent retention and recruiting. Then, Lieux will explain recent benefit law changes, including the No Surprises Act’s effect on health plans and a company’s fiduciary obligations with respect to retirement plan investment choices.
