McNees Expands Family Law Group With Additional Paralegal

HARRISBURG, Pa. — (September 8, 2021) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Bonnie M. Daminger, a paralegal who supports the Family Law Group, to its Harrisburg office.
Daminger works closely on cases with clients, maintaining open lines of communication from filing to conclusion, and with attorneys. She ensures filings comply with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Court rules; drafts legal pleadings; gathers, analyzes and reviews documentation for discovery; assists in hearing and trial preparation; creates and maintains asset spreadsheets; and aids with additional paralegal duties as needed to ensure the litigation’s success.

With more than five years of experience, Daminger is familiar with all aspects of domestic issues. Before joining McNees, she was the senior family law paralegal at a law firm in Hershey, Pa., and has experience supporting Business and Corporate, Employee Benefits, Executive Compensation, Bankruptcy and Education Law Groups.
Daminger is a notary public with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She earned her Paralegal Certification from Widener University and her Bachelor of Arts degree in English writing, focusing on professional, technical, business and scientific writing, from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
