HARRISBURG, Pa. – (Thursday, May 6, 2021) President of Helix Strategies, LLC, Dr. Ivy Buchan, is slated to serve as a guest speaker at a Pennian Bank’s Nonprofit Committee meeting on Tuesday, May 18, 2021.
Ivy will present “Tips to Leading an Engaged Board,” providing tips to organizational leaders on how to inspire their board members into action. As the governance body, a board of directors has the honor of guiding the organization to reach its long-term goals. These tips will help leadership identify the strengths and volunteer styles of board members in order to work with each in the most successful way possible.
