Benjamin Ward and Samantha Fugagli will be presenting Surviving Mergers and Acquisitions—Your Role in the Transaction to the Tax and Fee Committee of the Marcellus Shale Coalition’ Annual Meeting on December 9, 2020.
This presentation will focus on how a business can best prepare and manage an M&A transaction including understanding the contents of the heavily negotiated Purchase Agreement, understanding the importance of due diligence and how it not only impacts the Purchase Agreement but also the overall relationship between the parties, and how a business can organize itself on an on-going basis so that when the time comes they are ready for a smooth transaction.
