Whether it’s political commentary, social protests, complaints about their employer, or posting controversial remarks on social media, employees are speaking out now more than ever. Oftentimes, this leaves their employers facing decisions on whether (and how) to address comments made by their employees. This session will focus on when, whether, and how employers can address the issues raised by employees’ speech in the workplace.
