McNees Attorneys Jennifer E. Will and Adam L. Santucci To Present “The Risks and Benefits of Bringing Your Own Device to the Workplace”

Harrisburg, PA (July 15, 2015) – McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC attorneys Jennifer E. Will and Adam L. Santucci will present “The Risks and Benefits of Bringing Your Own Device To the Workplace” at the Pennsylvania State Association of Borough’s 2015 Annual PA Municipal Legal Update from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug, 27.

The event will take place on August 26 and 27, at the Sheraton Harrisburg/Hershey, 4650 Lindle Road, Harrisburg, PA 17111. This program is designed to help local government officials and solicitors navigate the winding roads of Pennsylvania municipal law. Attendees who take part in the program will receive 10.00 general and 1 Ethics CLE credit hours.

Will practices in the Labor and Employment and Municipal Recovery Law practice groups and serves on the firm’s Political Action Committee. She joined the firm in 2003, after serving as Assistant Counsel to the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board, where she advised the Board in matters pending before it and before Pennsylvania’s appellate courts.  She serves as lead cousel in federal employment litigation matters and is a former Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Labor & Employment Law Section. She is a 2014 recipient of the Forty Under 40 and Lawyers on the Fast Track awards and is a 2015 Local Legal Leader and graduate of the Anne B. Anstine Excellence in Public Service Series.

Will received her J.D. from Widener Univesity School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Dickinson College.  She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and before the Federal District Courts in the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, as well as the Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Santucci, who regularly represents and counsels employers in all aspects of employment law, practices in theLabor and Employment and Municipal Recovery Law practice groups. He also represents unionized employers with respect to all aspects of employment law. Santucci previously served as the Human Resource Director for the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission, an independent Commonwealth agency and gained valuable experience during his employment with the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections in the Labor Relations Division. He is recognized as a “2014 Select Lawyer” and a “2015 Super Lawyers Rising Star.”
