HARRISBURG, Pa. – (January 21, 2020) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC attorney Denise Elliott is slated to present “Medical Marijuana in Pennsylvania – What Employers Need to Know” at Mazzitti & Sullivan EAP Services’ Winter Breakfast Meeting in Lancaster, Pa. on Wednesday, January 29, 2020.
Denise will discuss the risks associated with medical marijuana use by employees and the framework that employers, including those in safety sensitive industries, can use to evaluate and manage those risks.
