HARRISBURG, Pa. – (October 21, 2019) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC attorney Denise Elliott will present on the post-employment phase at the Lancaster Bar Association Employment Law Summit “Navigating Difficult Employee Situations from Hire to Separation and Beyond” on Wednesday, October 30 in Lancaster.
Denise, along with attorney Sharon Lopez of Triquetra Law, will serve on the panel “Litigation Strategy and Best Practices,” which will cover both the plaintiff and defense perspectives.
Denise practices in the McNees Labor and Employment Practice Group where she focuses on providing representation and counsel to clients in employment discrimination litigation and defending self-insured employers in workers compensation matters; ADA/FMLA compliance; drug and alcohol issues in the workplace; and health and safety. She is certified as a specialist in the practice of workers’ compensation law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Law Section.
