HARRISBURG, Pa. – (September 9, 2019) President of Helix Strategies, LLC, Ivy Buchan, is slated to speak at the 2019 Case Management Unit (CMU) Conference: Creating Opportunities Together on Tuesday, September 10 in Harrisburg.
Ivy’s session “Lead Your Way to Collaboration” will educate attendees on current collaboration research and empower them to lead collaborative teams. She will cover key factors to encouraging or inhibiting collaboration based on empirical research and theory, especially related to multidisciplinary teams. She will demonstrate how to collaborate with multiple disciplines, professions, and departments even when each group member has their own professional goals and agendas.
