HARRISBURG, Pa. – (April 10, 2019) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC attorneys Kandice K. Hull, Dana Chilson and Adam Santucci are slated to speak at the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors’ 2019 Solicitors Spring Seminar in Hershey on Monday, April 15, 2019.
Kandice and Dana will cover key issues regarding eminent domain, including pipelines and blight, while Adam Santucci will present on the top labor and employment developments for 2019.
Kandice is Chair of the McNees Litigation Practice Group and leads the Eminent Domain Practice Group. She focuses on the representation of clients in complex commercial litigation in business disputes and is experienced in real property litigation. She also handles both federal and state claims and has represented clients in cases involving breach of contract claims, quiet title actions, and land use disputes, among others.
Dana practices in the McNees Eminent Domain and Litigation Practice Groups and Chairs the Insurance Practice Group. Regarding eminent domain, she regularly counsels condemnors and condemnees and has experience defending clients in both state and federal condemnation actions. She also has experience asserting the rights of public entities under the Eminent Domain Code and Business Corporations Law, including public utilities in connection with Marcellus infrastructure projects.
Adam is Co-Chair of the McNees Public Finance & Government Services Practice Group and practices in the Labor & Employment Practice Group. He has extensive experience representing government entities with respect to labor and employment matters. He helps government entities develop effective strategies to solve the difficult problems that arise in today’s workplace, including through collective bargaining and grievance and interest arbitration. He also zealously represents employers facing lawsuits or other claims by employees or former employees.
