McNees Ohio Attorneys Recognized by Super Lawyers for 2019
COLUMBUS, Oh. – (Monday, December 10, 2018) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC attorneys Karl Schneider, Donald Keller and Samuel Randazzo have been selected to the 2019 Ohio Super Lawyers list. In addition, Karl Schneider appears on the 2019 Top 50 Columbus list and attorney Matthew Pritchard appears on the 2019 Ohio Rising Stars list.
Karl Schneider assists clients in investigations and prosecutions involving public corruption, bribery, money laundering, tax fraud, health care fraud, securities fraud, mortgage fraud, insurance fraud, Hobbs Act violations, mail fraud and wire fraud. In addition, Karl defends professional liability claims against various trades including, appraisers, real estate agents, insurance agents, mortgage brokers and auctioneers and litigates title insurance claims on behalf of title insurance underwriters. He has also litigated directors’ and officers’ liability claims and represented law enforcement officers in disciplinary and ethics’ inquiries.
Donald Keller’s practice concentrates on private and public sector labor relations, equal employment opportunities, and general employment and labor law, emphasizing collective bargaining, arbitration, and defense of all forms of wrongful discharge and discrimination claims. Donald has extensive experience in arbitration and litigation of labor and employment disputes in state and federal courts and before state and federal administrative enforcement agencies. He represents ERISA plans and insurers in ERISA appeals of health, life and disability claims.
Samuel Randazzo assists clients with utilities and government relations issues. Samuel helps solve issues affecting the price and availability of communications, natural gas, electricity and other regulated services. The range of his experience includes developing Ohio’s innovative self-help natural gas program, implementation of the Telecommunications Act of 1996, a leadership role in natural gas and electricity restructuring and chief guide on Ohio utility legislation and counsel to the Industrial Energy Users-Ohio.
Matthew Pritchard focuses on the counsel of large industrial and commercial customers with facilities in Ohio on energy and utility matters. Matthew regularly appears before the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) on a diverse range of energy and utility matters ranging from the litigation of utility rate cases, participation in cases involving the implementation of Ohio’s energy efficiency and renewable energy requirements, participation in PUCO rulemaking proceedings, and participation in various other matters that address the PUCO’s oversight over public utilities and their rates.
