Errin is an associate in the Energy & Environmental Law practice group with an emphasis on environmental, health, and safety (“EHS”) compliance and dispute resolution.
What does Errin do for Clients?
Errin regularly advises clients regarding compliance with federal and state regulatory and permitting programs administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the federal Environmental Protection Agency, and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Errin also advises clients regarding the EHS implications of various business transactions, including acquisitions, mergers, and sales.
In addition to assisting commercial and industrial interests with EHS, Errin routinely assists real estate developers throughout the various stages of project development, including compliance with environmental permitting and regulatory requirements. Examples of Errin’s work in this field includes advising clients regarding PHMC/PDNI clearances, construction stormwater permitting, sewage facilities planning, and environmental covenants.
How does Errin spend his free time?
Outside of the office, Errin spends the majority of his time outdoors with his family and enjoys hunting and fishing throughout the year.
