What does Dana do for Clients?
Dana’s view of any dispute, whether purely business or involving family matters, is practical. Dana counsels clients on every aspect of a case and advises how to approach a situation so that the client gets the best possible result for them, whether that means heading to court or facilitating an out of court resolution. Much of Dana’s practice includes pre-litigation and/or pre-deal strategy, so that the matter can be set up for ultimate success and handled in the most efficient, cost effective manner possible. While she appreciates that not every client desires to litigate, Dana is at heart a trial lawyer, and is not afraid handle a matter before a court, mediator, or arbitrator.
