Nicole Fiamingo acts as both a facilitator and developer of implementation plans for client-facing projects in close partnership with the Firm’s attorney and administrative teams in her role as Director of Legal Project Management & Information Center. Her emphasis is on large-scale projects with complex variables, and she is sharply focused on providing greater value to Clients.
Nicole reports to the Chief Operating Officer and works cross-functionally with other administrative teams, including working with the Chief Technology Officer for many of the firm’s technological initiatives. In 2020, McNees received The Legal Intelligencer’s Professional Excellence Award for Most Innovative Law Firms, which recognizes firms that embrace technology and creative thinking, for its innovative initiatives focusing on ancillary business creation, eSports association launch, and legal project management.
Nicole is an active member of several of McNees’ committees, including the 2026 Future’s Committee, Technology Committee, and Social Committee.
How does Nicole spend her free time?
Nicole enjoys yoga, cooking often, exploring local eateries, and travelling as often as possible. Her excursions include South America, Ireland, Italy, Spain, and Sri Lanka.
