Local Attorney Again Represents Triple Crown Favorite

HARRISBURG, PA (May 18, 2016) Harrisburg attorney Mike Doctrow with McNees is once again representing a Triple Crown favorite. Doctrow recently filed trademark applications for Nyquist for Reddam Racing in California.
While typically representing large and mid-sized companies in trademark and copyright matters, in May of almost every year Mike helps Kentucky Derby winners with trademark and copyright protection, and trademark licensing. He also handles endorsement, book and movie deals. Doctrow says that “the Triple Crown work is a fun and interesting spin off of my usual work.” In prior years, Mike and his fellow McNees attorneys have sat in owners boxes at the Kentucky Derby and the Belmont Stakes. “All in a day’s work,” says Doctrow.
