McNees relocates Greater Philadelphia office to Radnor
RADNOR, Pa. — (Feb. 3, 2025) McNees Wallace & Nurick has moved its greater Philadelphia office to Radnor as part of its continued expansion of services in the region, four years after opening its office in Devon.
The office relocation was needed in response to the firm’s significant recent growth in the Philadelphia region since it opened its office in Devon in 2021 with three attorneys.
McNees now has seven attorneys, a paralegal and a receptionist working full-time from the new Radnor office, with several additional attorneys and support professionals working remotely and sharing flex-space in the office.
“While offering a larger space to better serve our clients, this move to the heart of Philadelphia’s Main Line places us conveniently near several major transportation routes, including the Blue Route (I-476), I-76, I-95, the Pennsylvania Turnpike and SEPTA’s regional rail line,” said Garth Hoyt, member-in-charge of McNees’ Radnor office. “It’s a great fit for our team and reinforces our commitment to the greater Philadelphia community.”
The new office is located at 170 N. Radnor Chester Road, Suite 350, in Radnor. It features 5,120 square feet of space with 11 offices, two conference rooms and several shared workstations.
McNees’ Radnor team includes attorneys who practice in a range of legal specialties, including construction and employment, real estate, litigation, corporate and tax law, public finance and government services, and estate planning, among others.
McNees has continued to grow its service offerings and legal team in the Philadelphia region, including the recent addition of real estate and construction litigator Richard J. Kalinowski, who joined the firm in January.
In addition to its legal practice, McNees also offers clients access to its title company, Pine Street Land Company, which includes a team of Pennsylvania- and Maryland-licensed title agents that conduct commercial and residential real estate settlements.
