Jill M. Laskowitz is an experienced family law attorney and litigator who serves as an advocate for individuals, families and businesses. She takes an empathetic approach to matters around divorce, including custody, support and equitable distribution of marital property, and keeps children’s interests at the forefront. Jill regularly drafts and negotiates prenuptial and postnuptial agreements tailored to the unique needs of business owners and individuals, including those remarrying, to protect the interests of their children or business in the event of a divorce or death.

She has represented clients before the Pennsylvania Superior Court and Commonwealth Court and litigated cases under the Pennsylvania Protection from Abuse Act. Jill is experienced in Orphans’ Court matters, representing individuals and entities in guardianship proceedings involving incapacitated individuals, adoptions and terminations of parental rights.

Jill regularly collaborates with McNees’ entire legal team to provide comprehensive support to family law clients in real estate matters, estate planning, business matters and more. She also leverages a network of external consultants, including accountants, actuaries and mental health professionals, to meet her clients’ needs.

Jill serves as president-elect of the Lancaster Bar Association. She is passionate about serving the community and works with the Volunteer Attorney Program to provide pro bono legal representation to underserved populations. She has volunteered for Church World Services as an advocate, supporting children in their pursuit of Special Immigrant Juvenile status.
