HARRISBURG, Pa. — (April 12, 2024) McNees attorneys Paul R. Morcom and Adam Koelsch co-authored the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s 18th Edition of “Assessment Law and Procedure in Pennsylvania,” a trusted reference for real estate assessment law. The book includes an introduction and review of assessment law, a step-by-step explanation of every significant aspect of assessment procedure and the practical guidance to understand and apply both.
Morcom and Koelsch will present the new addition at a hybrid PBI seminar on Wednesday, May 15, in Philadelphia. They will be joined by Sharon F. DiPaola, partner with Siegel Jennings Co., and David A. Schneider, partner with Archer & Greiner PC. More information can be found here.
Morcom is chair of McNees’ State and Local Tax Group. He has more than two decades of SALT litigation experience encompassing government, corporate and private practice, and represents commercial and industrial clients in all areas of state and local taxation.
Koelsch also practices in McNees’ SALT Group, providing taxpayers with representation and advice in a variety of state and local tax matters. He represents clients in all aspects of Pennsylvania state and local tax controversy and planning, including challenging audit determinations and real estate assessments.
