DEVON, Pa. — (April 1, 2024) McNees is pleased to announce that corporate and securities attorney Allen C. Tucci joined the firm’s Devon office, bolstering the securities law and international law teams and deepening McNees’ suburban Philadelphia presence.

- Tucci has served as a partner and trusted advisor to international and domestic companies for more than three decades, including numerous large, multi-national corporations and emerging, growth-oriented businesses.
- His addition increases McNees’ depth in key areas of law and continues to expand the corporate and tax team’s presence, which spans Pennsylvania – from Pittsburgh in the west to Devon in the east – and Maryland.

Tucci regularly represents clients in complex commercial transactions, securing capital for growth and expansion and counseling on corporate restructuring. A trusted and strategic advisor, he ensures transactional agreements and contracts align with clients’ goals and safeguards their interests. His experience extends to advising on tax implications, mitigating risks and fostering seamless integration of post-acquisition. He also provides guidance on regulatory compliance and matters with regulatory authorities including the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
His practice also focuses on supporting clients looking to establish or expand their global presence, advising foreign investors looking to establish U.S. operations and helping U.S. clients navigate the penetration of foreign markets through direct investment and foreign representation including import/export trade compliance and advice and formation of special purposes entities.
Before joining McNees, Tucci was a partner at two firms that rank in the top 250 in the U.S. He earned his law degree from Villanova University and his bachelor’s degree from Dickinson College, graduating from both institutions cum laude.
