McNees Wallace & Nurick attorney Brigid Landy Khuri will discuss climate change litigation at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s upcoming Environmental Law Forum.
During Khuri’s session, she and the other panelists will discuss the types of claims and defenses the litigants have asserted, the remedies sought and the ways in which courts have addressed these issues. They will also discuss emerging trends and ways in which climate change litigation may evolve in the future.
