McCombie Joins Cumberland Valley School District’s Eagle Foundation Board

HARRISBURG, Pa. — (October 3, 2022) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC attorney Esch McCombie was elected to the Board of Directors of the Cumberland Valley School District’s Eagle Foundation, a nonprofit organization that financially supports select school district activities.
Serving a two-year term, McCombie joins the 20-member board in making funding decisions for worthwhile programs and innovative ideas that support the academic, cultural, athletic and activity projects of the Cumberland Valley School District by offering, supporting or underwriting experiences that enrich and enhance the lives of the young people and adults of the community.
McCombie practices in the McNees Real Estate and Pipeline & Oil/Gas Infrastructure Groups. He focuses on land use matters, including obtaining permits and approvals at the municipal, county and state levels. Using his experience and relationships, he reaches favorable outcomes for clients in matters involving zoning, subdivision, land development, stormwater, noise and traffic, among others. McCombie has assisted commercial, industrial and residential developers, educational institutions, pipeline and other oil and gas-related companies, telecommunication companies, small businesses and start-ups.
