What does John do for Clients?
John handles client matters from beginning to end, leveraging almost a decade of significant courtroom experience to regularly assist clients by drafting and reviewing discovery; defending and conducting depositions of witnesses; drafting briefs; handling mediations and preparing for trial; and representing clients in appeals. He also maintains a White Collar defense practice.

Before joining McNees, John worked in the litigation groups of three Harrisburg-area law firms representing clients in a broad range of legal matters, including a prominent Pennsylvania teacher’s union. He also served as deputy public defender in the Dauphin County Public Defender’s Office for two years, where he was co-counsel in a complex corporate fraud case; drafted and submitted appellate briefs filed in the Superior Court for the Middle District, and maintained and organized an active Court of Common Pleas caseload of more than 100 clients.
