Paul Helvy, chair of the firm’s Family Law Practice Group, will explain key family law developments from the past year to general practitioners at a Pennsylvania Bar Institute seminar.
The “Year in Review,” including current trends, case law, legislative changes and procedural rules, is designed to provide lawyers from all practice areas with skills and information they can use immediately.
“This hour of industry evolutions, inclinations and projections will deliver a high-level understanding of family law as it is practiced now,” Helvy said, “which is a valuable opportunity for attorneys in any practice area.”
What: The Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s “Year in Review for the General Practitioner 2021” seminar, being held in person and virtually.
Who: McNees Wallace & Nurick’s Paul Helvy will join two other thought leaders on the panel:

Other teaching teams will discuss estate law, professional liability and real estate law.
