Mark is a Member in the firm’s Labor and Employment Group.
In his practice, Mark counsels both public and private employers on a wide range of labor and employment law topics, including compliance with federal and state employment discrimination laws, wage and hour compliance, employee leave issues, non-compete and separation agreements, employee performance management, unemployment compensation, hiring and termination decisions, litigation avoidance, and various other topics that impact the modern workplace.
Additionally, he represents employers in discrimination cases and other employment-related litigation before federal and state courts as well as administrative agencies, such as the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission.
